We are trying to close a time period and we are getting the following error: "could not commit transaction for service [closeAlltimePeriods] call Roll Back error could not commit transaction, was rolled back instead because of Error in Service [resetOrgGLAccountBalances] Cannot reset GL Account balances: resulting trial balance are not equal"
Here is my question. 1. What exactly does closing a period do? 2. How can I see the transaction so we can fix? Thanks, James
