18.12.01 init-gradle-wrapper Windows

I'm using Windows 10 and I can't seem to get this to work. I run the script
by calling the "init-gradle-wrapper" as per the INSTALL file provided. I
get the error: "'pwsh' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.".
So I ran the script manually and I still get the error message:
"Error: Could not find or load main class
org.gradle.wrapper.GradleWrapperMain"
