Just one more thing: you don't need to copy to Pierre, Michael and I, and
everyone answering you on the user ML.
We are monitoring the ML and don't need a copy that rather complicate a bit
things for us.

The index page showed source. After you suggested checking Virtual host configuration with the AJP settings, that helped me to go back to the
Virtual host session and I found the problem ---I put the AJP setting in Virtual host 80 session instead of 443. After I switched it, I was able to
see the index page. Thanks a lot!
