Hi Ruth I dont really know anyone's fixed plans but I'm just going on the Apache submissions (and potential submissions) we've had so far.
I think that Hans is hoping to be there, also Jacopo and Anil. Adam and Ean have said they are interested in submitting something and Adrian is also interested. So that's possibly 5 committers including some PMC presence.
