Also attachements are not going thru in ASF mailing lists. You have to use 
another mean to show your screenshoots...
As BJ suggested, a log snippet is certainly easier for both parties...

No idea of the log since I'm not familiar with it.
As you can see, when mouse over the catalog name on the left, the url shows 
below. But after click it, the name on the right
messed up. I think it should be an encoding problem.

I set the mysql database utf8 and the connection utf8. The name in Chinese 
character can be stored correct in database and
