I haven't heard of any plans for these yet. I guess someone tried putting one 
on vimeo and said they had acceptable results there. Unfortunately I'm on a 
cellular internet connection for now and don't have a fast or reliable enough 
internet connection to do that.

I do still have those files around somewhere, so if no one else has a copy they 
can upload I'll eventually get to it...
