I'm using the Job Scheduler to run a custom service. I noticed that when the 
job changes to "queued" status but never changes to "running." It is a fairly 
long running job so I know there is enough time to change statuses before it is 
finished. But it just runs and then changes to "finished" having never hit the 
"running" status. 

Once finished the End Date/Time column is not populated. 

Are these bugs or just my misunderstanding how to schedule jobs?
