You need to fully qualify your join table and put it in quotes:

"select * from Test1Model as t1, \"Test2Model\".Test2Model t2 where t1.Code
= t2.Code WHERE  t1.CountryCode=?"

We generally recommend putting your cache names in upper case to avoid this
issue.
