Hello, We are currently using ignite 2.12 and spark 2.4.4. Our customers are becoming increasingly concerned with security vulnerabilities, and have expressed concerns about spark 2.4.4. We would like to be able to upgrade spark to the latest version, but we seem to be tied to 2.4.4 due to spark-ignite compatibility.
I know there is an open issue here for ignite supporting spark 3.0 [IGNITE-13181] Ignite support for spark-3.0.0 - ASF JIRA (apache.org)<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-13181>, which seems to just be waiting for someone to take it on. I also know that there is an ignite 3 in alpha stage right now. Does anyone know if there are plans to upgrade spark compatibility in ignite 3? Cheers, Andrew
