SqlOnheapCache failure

Hello Everyone, 

I was see a process exit when enabling SqlOnheapCache (setSqlOnheapCacheEnabled 
to true) in recent update 2.11, I did not found a mention or any resource for 
possible change in API so probably it is bug ?
