Hi, Does your remote client has public IP?
Please note that client node should be accessible for TCP incoming connections from a server node, i.e. the server node should be able to connect to client IP as well. Your client IP is 192.168.8.132. And your server node is not able to connect it. So that is a real root cause for your issue.
