I've seen this when there are some settings for maven repo that get this
jar to be in there twice (duplicate repository).  In your case, its picking
up from
"file:/opt/home/mitya/.m2/repository" and "file:/home/mitya/.m2/repository/"

Best to check the maven settings and make sure it is only in there once.
