Wonder if anyone can help please? We have set up Hive and are running SQL queries against this using a JDBC client connection. All working fine. What we can't seem to do is to get it work using the JobTracker to distribute the SQL/mapreduce queries. We have tried Bees Wax and this does run correctly and puts the job into the Job Tracker. Is it possible to do this from a JDBC client connection? Any help always appreciated.
