We ran into this issue again at the customer site & I collected the region server dumps (25 of them at 10s intervals). I uploaded it to my google drive <https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B53HyylRdzUuZi1aMXRBd2V2V2s/view?usp=sharing> (apaste.info has a 1M cap, this file is around 6M)
