We will review the suggested areas and investigate further to identify the
possible root cause of the issue. For your reference, we are currently
using the following setup:

   -

   *Guacamole Version:* 1.5.5
   -

   *Guacd Version:* 1.5.5
   -

   *VNC Server:* x11vnc

We appreciate your support and will get back to you with any additional
findings or clarifications if needed.
