Try and add this to your SSH Server
/etc/ssh/sshd_config
HostkeyAlgorithms +ssh-rsa
PubkeyAcceptedAlgorithms +ssh-rsa
Then restart your sshd service
Legacy support:
HostkeyAlgorithms +ssh-dss
PubkeyAcceptedAlgorithms +ssh-dss
