What RDP server are you connecting to (Windows 7, 10, 11, Server
2008/2012/2016/2019/2022/2025, xrdp, gnome, etc.)?

Have you tried changing the security mode to something else - NLA, TLS,
etc.?

Can you provide more specific details of the guacd error messages when you
try to connect, and, possibly, start guacd with debug logging enabled?
