Hello,
I am using *Apache Guacamole Server (version 1.5.3)* and currently, it
supports *username/password* authentication and *private key-based
authentication* for SSH connections.
I would like to know if *Guacamole supports certificate-based
authentication* (such as X.509 certificates or OpenSSH CA-signed
certificates) for SSH access. If not, is there any workaround or planned
support for this feature in future releases?
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Yes, this is part of the upcoming 1.6.0 release:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-1290
You can test this out now by building against the "staging/1.6.0"
branches of guacamole-client and guacamole-server.
