All setup and working, can SSH, RDP and VNC via html. But I have an
issue when attempting to SSH to a system that requires you to *_accept_*
the login banner.

I enter the username details, then the password
Then the connect fails – no additional prompts
If I use PUTTY directly – as you can see I have to accept the statement.
We currently only support the "keyboard-interactive" authentication
method for SSH when it will present a single prompt that receives the
password. Broader support for "keyboard-interactive" will need to be
implemented to allow for cases like this where multiple prompts are
presented.
