I suspect you're experiencing the same issue as was asked, here: https://lists.apache.org/thread/3p3ttc1n826j1k6c84jqn22dwlgj6zd0.

The short version is that it'll be fixed in Guacamole 1.6.0 when the GFX Pipeline (RemoteFx) is implemented, which is being finished up.
