Greetings,

I'm writing to let you know that we have made our SupraRBI-VNC project open
source at https://github.com/supraaxes/suprarbi-vnc
<https://github.com/supraaxes/suprarbi-vnc>, and there is now a solution
available for Guacamole to have resources on http/s. From time to time,
requests to access/publish web resources surfaces within the mailing list, and
despite ongoing discussions, there has not been much progress with
GUACAMOLE-1659 (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-1659
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-1659>).

The SupraRBI-VNC solution is independent of the Guacamole client or server, and
can be seamlessly integrated into existing Guacamole deployments. Each time the
SupraRBI-VNC server receives a VNC connection from Guacamole (guacd), with URL
in VNC username and more settings in VNC password, it will start a docker
container, which we call a "projector instance" and hosts a running browser
specifically for the target URL with a VNC server, and relay the VNC traffic
accordingly. For detailed information, please check
https://github.com/supraaxes/suprarbi-vnc
<https://github.com/supraaxes/suprarbi-vnc>.

If you get any problem or question, please feel free to reach me. Also, if the
dev team is interested in getting some kind of native support or integration, I
would be more than happy to contribute.

Thanks,
Yang
