You'll need to figure out where those are in your setup (journalctl, /var/log/messages, etc.), and that should help you determine why it's getting disconnected. You also might need to put guacd into a higher level of logging (debug), which can be done with either the "-L debug" startup flag, or by modifying your /etc/guacamole/guacd.conf file (or where that is in your install).
