Have you tried compiling Guacamole Server with Websockets? I know that in our environment with Ubuntu Servers and Windows hosts, once Guacamole was compiled with WebSockets, the audio just worked over RDP in Guacamole. Without knowing more of the environment I apologize for not being able to provide more insight. David.
