If the connection group is an "Organizational" type connection group, then
you will need to assign the individual connection rights to each user - the
rights do not "inherit" from the connection group in which the connections
are placed.

If the connection group is a "Balancing" type connection group, then users
who have access to the group should be able to connect to the group and
Guacamole will automatically attempt to find an available connection from
within the list of connections that are members of the group. You do not
need to assign permissions to individual connections.
