If you want to verify that Guacamole is working properly, you might just
try launching the Remote App via the Microsoft Remote Desktop client and
see if you're able to pass the parameters that way. If it works there, but
not in Guacamole, then you may need to dig deeper into why it isn't working
with Guacamole. If it doesn't work in either the MS RD client or Guacamole,
it's probably something on the server.
