So your issue is not the same as mine.

Try to add this to the user-mapping.xml to the appropriate connection
settings  :
          <param name="security">nla</param>
            <param name="ignore-cert">true</param>

NLA is the Network Level Authentication security mode, used by modern
Windows versions and Gnome-Remote-Desktop.
