Hello Nick, we are using SFTP to optionally transfer files. IMHO only sometimes used. Much more important is working RDP connection.
Under working circumstances the storage is accessible via menu and "devices" section. With broken SFTP connection there could be a text under Devices e.g. "Data tranfer currently not available, please ask your admin". or "Storage access failed". Also there would be a bit more logging and/or timeout-handling nice. I stuck several hours yesterday.
