If your LDAP group has below DN format
 cn=Group1,ou=Groups,dc=example,dc=com
 cn=Group2,ou=Groups,dc=example,dc=com

Have you tried setting it below in *guacamole.properties *?



*ldap-group-base-dn: ou=Groups,dc=example,dc=comldap-group-name-attribute:
cnldap-group-search-filter: (|(cn=Group1)(cn=Group2))*

make sure you have created the same group names  in  Guacamole web UI.
