Hi Alessandro,
have you tried to force NLA in the Security mode field (Authentication section) 
of the connection settings?
I am using Guacamole 1.4.0, it was the only way to get Guacamole connect to the 
Windows Servers we manage.
All the other fields of "Authentication" settings are empty, except for the 
"Ignore server certificate" that is set.

maybe something as changed from Windows side; today I have install a fresh new 
VM with Windows 11 PRO, not added into domain, but I can't login via RDP, this 
is strange.

I'm still diggin into that.
