I have found a possible reason: the IE doesn't call onpipe when I press don't allow to "access your clipboard" (setting in InternetOptions -> Security -> CustomLevel -> Scripting(section) -> Allow programmatic clipboard access = Prompt. If I allow clipboard access then everything works. Still need some fix for this case. :(
