Hi everyone, I'd like to get the community's input on a behavior I've observed that seems concerning.
*Environment:* Flink 1.18.1 flink-connector-kafka 3.2.0-1.18 *Issue:* When our Flink jobs process records that exceed the configured Kafka producer `max.request.size`, the records are silently dropped and processing continues without any warning logs or error notifications. I've searched through existing issues but couldn't find any reports of this specific behavior. If this is indeed problematic, I'm happy to open a JIRA ticket with more detailed reproduction steps. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
