Hello I wanted to check in on the status and timeline for the Kafka connector compatible with Flink 2.0. I noticed that the current latest versions of flink-connector-kafka 3.4.0-1.20 are built for Flink 1.20, and as Flink 2.0 introduces breaking changes in the API, those aren’t compatible.
Could you please share: 1. Whether a Kafka connector for Flink 2.0 is currently in development? 2. If there’s a rough release timeline or milestone we can track? Please share plan for Flink OpenSearch connector as well. Thanks !! // Regards Praveen Chandna
