Flink 1.15: How to fill in the timestamp type of jdbc connector property 'scan.partition.lower-bound'

My Flink version: 1.15.4

'scan.partition.column' type is timestamp, how should I fill in
'scan.partition.lower-bound' and  'scan.partition.upper-bound'?
