need help about executeinsert,thanks!

I'm learning executeinsert from the document

I guess the function createTemporaryView can create a table needed by the 
function executeinsert




I got:
No table was registered under the name 
`default_catalog`.`default_database`.`OutOrders`.


Could you help correct the code in above link ?
