I think the simplest stub for a test could be sth like:
final TableEnvironment env = TableEnvironment.create(...);
TableResult result = env.fromValues(...)
.select(...)
.execute();
try (CloseableIterator<Row> it = result.collect()) {
assertThat(...);
}
You can also check some of the *ITCase tests in
flink-table-planner-blink module.
