Is KeyedProcessFunction available in Flink 1.4?

I am using Flink 1.4 because thats the version provided by the latest AWS
EMR.
Is KeyedProcessFunction available in Flink 1.4?

Also please share any links to good examples on using KeyedProcessFunction
