I can add that dependency. So I would replace

override def getProducedType: TypeInformation[T] = {
TypeExtractor.getForClass(implicitly[ClassTag[T]].runtimeClass.asInstanceOf[Class[T]])
}

with something like:

override def getProducedType: TypeInformation[T] = {
    new AvroTypeInfo(classOf[T])
}
