RestartStrategies & checkpoints

Hi,

if my job configured with *setRestartStrategy *and with *enableCheckpointing
*(&enableExternalizedCheckpoints).
it case of failure and job restart, does it restart with the latest
checkpoint or is it restarts without any checkpoint.
