Between the PURGE facility of Trigger and REMOVAL facility of Evictor, is
there really a difference? Who *uses* the value that an

Evictor.evict(Iterable<StreamRecord<Object>> elements, int size, W window) {
.....

}

returns? A trigger doesn't seem to do it.
