Thanks for your suggestion. I have some questions to start WebRuntimeMonitor.
In startWebRuntimeMonitor what should be called for
- leaderRetrievalService: LeaderRetrievalService,
- actorSystem: ActorSystem ?

Is there any example code using WebRuntimeMonitor?
