Hi Manish,

My understanding from the links you shared is that only upgrading from 4.X
to 5.0 is supported. If you are in version 3.11.12 the standard
recommendation is to upgrade to 4.1.latest before going to 5.0.

This is not to say that upgrading from 3.11 to 5.0 does not work, it might
work but you are on your own since this version was not built with upgrades
from 3.X in mind as far as I understand.

If you decide to test if upgrading from 3.11 to 5.0 works without problems
please share the results back since this can be useful for other users.
