Same issue with 3.11.3:

# find / -name sstable*
/usr/bin/sstableverify
/usr/bin/sstableupgrade
/usr/bin/sstableloader
/usr/bin/sstableutil
/usr/bin/sstablescrub

only these sstable utilities are installed

what have I done wrong?
