The last tick-tock feature release was 3.10. Tick-tock releases are no more. The project has moved back to development on stable release series. The bug-fixes on top of the features developed during the tick-tock cycle will live on as the ongoing 3.11 release series. 3.11.0 was *just* released and announced here on the user@ list. The cassandra-3.11 branch will get ongoing 3.11.x releases as a stable production series.
