You can configure for DC level Security:

Procedure

On each node under sever_encryption_options:

   - Enable internode_encryption.
   The available options are:
      - all
      - none
      - dc: Cassandra encrypts the traffic between the data centers.
      - rack: Cassandra encrypts the traffic between the racks.
