Opscenter Entreprise work without licence ?

Hello,

  I have a little question, i used to use OPSCENTER TARBALL distribution
without any licence: it works.

  But when i try to install OPSCENTER ENTREPRISE EDITION to take advantages
of backup and restore function it doesn't work. The installation is ok, but
when i try to reach the homepage OPSCENTER (SeedIP:8888), nothing appear.
Should i have a licence ?
