The first release candidate happened to have some important regressions, so we decided to release a new release candidate. So here it is: Apache Cassandra 1.0.0-rc2.
This is still *not* the final release and is thus not yet considered ready for production. As always, your help in testing this release candidate would be highly appreciated and while doing so, please report any problem you may encounter[3,4]. The changes since the rc1 can be found in the change log[1] and see the release notes[2] to find what Cassandra 1.0 is made of.
