DataStax has training in California and the U.S. every once in a while. No training in India as far as I know. O'Reilly Has a book on Cassandra called "Cassandra: The Definitive Guide" and it's kinda outdated, but it's a decent learning guide if you're just getting started with NoSQL. Also, there's tons of videos and slides online for getting started.
