cassandra-cli no command working - mac osx

Hi guys,

I am having weird problem, cassandra is working but can't get 
cassandra-cli to work.

When I run command - any command like even help and hit error I am not 
getting any response any ideas?

P.S.
Running Cassandra 0.7.0 RC1
