Thanks Ben. I've just been trying to nail this down - it's difficult
knowing if you are getting it right when it feels like you're going

If this is the query you want to run, then you probably just want to put
the owner in the index with the address.  If you want to be able to ask
any arbitrary combination of things in your query, then, yes, you do the
denormalization dance and reassemble things from a variety of indices.
