it should be as easy as going $ svn switch https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cassandra/trunk
the website cassandra.apache.org will slowly come up and reflect these changes. mirrors and mail-archivers will need to be notified about the switch.. so we'll be in a minor state of flux while this happens.
